What is the earliest I can Check-in?
Rooms are cleaned in the mornings and check-in time is generally 2pm. Should you require early check-in please call us to arrange. Additional fees may apply.
Can I arrive late?
Yes, please give us a call if you’re wanting to arrive after 9pm.
Are your rooms non-smoking?
ALL rooms at Acacia Motel are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside. A cleaning fee of $100 is charged in the event you are found to have smoked in your room.
Do you have undercover parking?
Yes, we have undercover parking.
Do you have a restaurant?
No
Do we offer room service?
Yes. We have a restaurant quality breakfast and dinner menu for room service during your stay.
Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
Yes we offer free Wi-Fi.
Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
Yes, we have a garden BBQ area. It is free to use the BBQ during your stay.
How close are you to the shops?
Walking: The Acacia Motel is a 2 minute walk to KFC, Subway, Bottle Mart.
Also, within a 2 minute walk you can enjoy a morning coffee or brunch at the popular Panache Coffee Shop and Coffee Club.
A 5 minute walk will take you to the Chinchilla Museum and the Award-winning Chinchilla Botanical Gardens.
Car: A quick 2 minute drive and you will be in the main street of Chinchilla to enjoy local shops, supermarkets, Kmart.
For evening entertainment, a 2 minute drive and you’ll be enjoying the lovely Chinchilla RSL club, the Club Hotel as well as the movie cinema.

We are also within 2-5 minutes by car of number of restaurants including Dominos, Chinese, McDonalds, , Indian and Thai. The historic Club Hotel is a must visit for live entertainment and fun during your stay in Chinchilla.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 48 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.
