Q: What is the earliest I can Check-in?
A: Our Standard check-in time is 11am.

Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes, please give us a call if you’re wanting to arrive after 9pm.

Q: Do you have undercover parking?
A: Yes, we have undercover parking.

Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms at Acacia Motel are non-smoking ash tray provided outside.

Q: Do you have a restaurant?
A No but in house meals are cooked and delivered to rooms.

Q: Do you have room service?
A: Yes, for both breakfast and dinner.

Q: Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
A: Yes we do free WiFi.

Q: Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
A: Yes, we have a garden BBQ area.

Q: How close are you to the shops?
A: 2 minutes by car to the main street including Target, IGA, Chemist and take-aways.

Q: How close are you to restaurants?
A:, We are also within 2-5 minutes by car of number of restaurants and fast food outlets including The Coffee Club, Dominos, Chinese, McDonalds, Subway, Indian, Thai KFC Pubs Woolworths and RSL.  Please visit Google Maps for a detailed list.

Q: Do you have Foxtel?
A: Yes, in all rooms.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

Q: How do I guarantee by booking?
A: Credit card details are required to secure room booking or a $150 cash bond.
